Return and Refund Policy
Cancellation and Refund is not possible against any order.
We only accept returns on TERRITORY 13 if you receive a damaged product from our end. Please do refer to size charts (of ready product measurements) for confirmation on sizes. Our team is available at territoryxiii@gmail.com.
To start a return, you can contact us at territoryxiii@gmail.com with relevant imagery and information about your order and we will process an exchange immediately.
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return or we will assume that you received the product in good condition and have accepted it. We only accept returns in case of fabric or print damage.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping policy
Ordered goods will be shipped within 24-48 hours. Delivery time varies by pin code. Deliveries take 5-7 days.
